Our company has an opening for a part-time person to handle in-coming calls and out-bound calling of our clients and prospects for appointments and service work. Explain our services to prospective businesses and update our clients on the wide range of services we offer. Mail, E-mail and/or fax out documents as needed. Be nice to Doug!

Weekday daytime hours, flexible up to 20 hours per week max to start. Long-term position, however college students may apply!
Good phone etiquette - smile and dial - update our database with notes.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2003.
Well organized and detailed.
Travel; not required.
Person to Person Sales: not required.
Dress; Casual
